Our client has an immediate opening for a Digital Solutions Product Manager to join their team in Vancouver.
In your new role as a Digital Solutions Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of cloud based Industrial IoT solutions with company’s dealers and customers.
This includes all related product management responsibilities including understanding market needs, documenting the customer value for early adopter (Proof of Value) tested digital solution offerings, overall strategic roadmap, competitive positioning, Pricing and P&L.
The digital solutions include IoT based asset health solution, but also includes ESG and other solutions delivered on IoT digital platform, as well as value-added third-party ecosystem partner solutions.
You will be the company’s representative and will collaborate with group of companies under Parent company umbrella and Ecosystem Partner Product Management teams, Sales, Marketing and Support commercial teams, to ensure a successful solution to company’s dealers and customers. EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or similar business degree is a plus.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Travel of up to 10% may be required (must have a valid passport and
legally be able to travel internationally if required)
LEADERSHIP:
Independently productive and require minimal supervision. The Digital Solutions Product Manager is expected to take ownership of work and assignments and be responsible to see them through to completion. Business and technical leadership to customers, partners and solution team members is expected.
SUPERVISISION:
Direct supervision of digital solutions support. At a minimum, role will provide peer leadership to technical and support resources conducting Proof of Value testing with customers and dealers.
WORKS WITH:
Customers, Resellers and Partners, Mining and Digital Strategy teams, technology suppliers and ecosystem partners.
